Johnny Cash Impersonator – Tribute Artist

Johnny Cash (February 26, 1932 – September 12, 2003), born J. R. Cash, was an American singer-songwriter, actor, and author. As an exceptionally rare entertainer, Johnny Cash was able to span and unite generations with his music. Johnny Cash has been named one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century. Never defined as one particular type of music, Johnny Cash’s songs always touched the human side of our nature.

Johnny Cash Impersonator Harold Ford is a striking resemblance to the Man in Black.  As a Johnny Cash Tribute Artist Harold, although sometimes classified as an impersonator, actually is not a Johnny Cash impersonator. Take one look and you will be shocked at both the physical and tonal similarities between the two.

Our June Carter Cash accompanies Johnny Cash for all the classic Johnny and June duets. Laura Lucy, with her playful nature similar to June Carter Cash, does not have to try be a June Carter Cash Impersonator.

“The Spirit of Johnny Cash” is a concert dedicated to the extraordinary music of Johnny Cash.

Harold Ford, Laura Lucy & The Cash Band present Johnny Cash’s music in an informal ensemble of songs, spanning his entire career, creating a concert similar to what Johnny Cash would have produced and performed.

True to Johnny’s style of showcasing guest artists and sharing the stage, you will hear The Highwaymen and Carter family songs as well as Statler brother harmonies recreated.

The Cash Band is an extraordinarily talented team of four musicians (lead guitar, upright bass, drums, rhythm guitar) and vocalists who authentically recreate the sounds of Johnny Cash’s rhythm section. From the distinct lead guitar of Luther Perkins (Sten Isachsen) to the upright slap bass of Marshall Grant (Mitch Throop) expect a brilliant sound.

Laura Lucy, as June Carter, embodies June’s playful nature as she wraps the audience around her little finger. The endearing harmonies of Johnny and June come alive.

As every note unfolds, audiences sit mesmerized by the performance of Harold Ford and leave stunned. A remarkable and memorable show.

This concert is the closet you will ever get to Johnny Cash.
